Amazing Indian Food

Recently I got a health screening done and my cholesterol is just a little bit high.  The source of cholesterol is mainly in animal fats.  So I'm supposed to try to reduce my meat intake I guess.  I love eating meat.  If I don't eat meat in a meal, I don't feel full.  So what am I supposed to do about it?

Well... take a cue from the nation with the highest number of vegetarians that I know of: India!  Have you tried Indian food before?  Even their vegetarian meals are delicious and satisfying!  Last night I had vegetarian curry for dinner.  I paired it with my mushroom medley and a bunch of steamed bean sprouts.  I think I should try to make more Indian food.
