Can I really call it a yogurt diet if I haven't actually eaten yogurt in 2 days? (-_-) I'm a big fat liar.
It's odd, but eating 'healthy' food is very unsatisfying. It's a psychological phenomenon that has scientific backing! For the two days that I tried to follow this strict diet, I was so unsatisfied that when I did cheat... it was with junk food from the taco-bell drive thru!
But I'm not beating myself up. Do you know why? Because I HAVE been jogging every morning for the past 3 days. =) I jog/walk every morning for about 10 minutes before my daughter wakes up. It's a very modest amount, but I feel motivated! Using google maps, I measured out the distance that I'm jogging. So far it's been 0.7 miles each day. The stiffness in the muscle has faded, so tomorrow I'm going to try to aim for .9 miles.
It takes me 10 minutes to run 0.7 miles. I hope by the end of next week, it will only take my 10 minutes to run 0.9 miles. =)
And yea... I think I'm going to quit this stupid yogurt diet. Back to nice normal portion control.
