Sneaking it in

I really don't have much time to exercise.  But I figure every little bit must count.  Here are the little things I'm doing.

1.  Walk up/down the stairs at work 5 times about 2-3 times a day.  It's enough to get my warmed up and also quiet the hunger pains.  Funny how physical activity can quiet hunger pains.
2.  Dance around while carrying my daughter.  I carry her in my arms while trying (ineffectively) to follow dance-aerobic routines I find on Youtube.
3.  Walk up/down the stairs at home for about 15-20 minutes a night while my daughter is sleeping.
4.  Go for a jog/run every morning for about 1-2 miles.  1 mile if I have a bit of time. 2 miles if I have a lot of time.  These jog/walks take only 15 minutes on average... 30 if I'm going for the 2 mile mark.

I really do hope that these little things add up.
