More Fruit please!

So I got on the scale today, and my weight had dropped.  Ok... I admit this could be water weight.  But I'd like to think it was something more than just water.  My fancy scale tells my water weight in addition to body fat percentage... and neither of those fluctuated much.

So what have I done differently?  Well... I ate less food.  Also, to help fight the munchies at work, I brought three oranges to work with me everyday.  I'm a software engineer.  It means that my job is one where I try to solve problems with the most elegant solution.  It can get stressful. 

I'm sure that oranges are NOT the lowest calorie fruit I could snack on.  But I figure that the water content and the high fiber content must be good for me.  Like most people, getting enough water in a day is something I need to work on.  I've tried snacking on apples, but they are not juicy enough and usually leave me with a stomach ache.  (Yes, I snack on so many apples, that I literally poop apples...  Sorry if that's TMI?)
